Is parking available?

Yes, each unit has a private driveway and a one car garage with direct access into your home.

What will I do for Internet?

Every unit is hardwired for Internet and Cable TV.  You will be able to sign up for a package that fits your individual needs directly with the provider.

How are the utilities arranged?

Upon moving in, you will be responsible for setting up an account with Sussex Rural Electric and Elizabethtown Gas, our service providers.

What are the additional fees?

Additional costs outside of rent include applicable application fees, pet fees, water fees, cable, internet, utility bills, and security deposit.

What is our pet policy?

Our pet friendly residences welcome most dogs.  However, because some larger dogs do not thrive in a community environment we must restrict the size of your furry family member to 40 lbs.  Some exceptions may apply due to ADA compliance.  This is at the sole discretion of the management and is subject to change.  Contact us for further details.
