We collect the Personal Information described in general terms below. The type of Personal Information we collect will depend upon what we will need to provide you with the product or service you are interested in.
Please note that we will also be utilizing the services of a third-party independent management company, who will be also collecting Personal Information from you. Prospective residents may be asked to provide the following information: first and last name, primary phone number, email address, maiden name, last name, and nickname; and other similar data, the apartment size you are looking for (number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms), where you want to live (e.g., city and state or community name), the type of building you prefer, your proposed rent budget, move-in date, desired lease term, and whether or not you have pets (if so, what type), and any additional comments you wish to provide.
All Personal Information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such Personal Information.
Current residents of our residential community may be asked to provide an apartment number, first and last name, phone number, email address, reason for contacting us, and any additional comments. We may use separate sites in the future for the processing of rental applications and agreements and to assist our residents with other tasks which are required or helpful to them, such as paying rent online. Further, you will be using the services of our management company, which is separate from us. You will move away from this site when engaging in those activities and those sites will have their own privacy policies. For those interested in applying for employment at Mountain Ridge, the following Personal Information may be requested or obtained: name and address, age or date of birth, email address, occupation, employment information, telephone number, educational background and Social Security/national insurance number, credit checks, background checks and employment verification. Where legally required, we will obtain your consent before undertaking these checks. Once a candidate accepts a position, the candidate may be asked to complete further online details. This may include an invitation to self-identify ethnicity or race. This information is only collected in relation to positions in some jurisdictions and we do this to meet government reporting requirements. Provision of this information by candidates is voluntary and it is not collected where it would be unlawful for us to do so.
We may receive information about you, including Personal Information, from third parties. For example, if you are on another website and you opt-in to receive information from us, that website will forward to us your email address and other information about you so that we may contact you as requested.
Google Account Authentication. Google’s authentication method called OAuth 2.0 is an open standard authorization protocol that allows third parties to obtain your user data without access to your passwords. By enabling OAuth 2.0, you permit third party applications and services, such as Google, to provide your third party account information, such as user ID, name, location, and IP address to Credit IQ, solely for identification purposes during login. If stored, we will store such account information in a database hosted in Amazon Web Services. Credit IQ will not need to know or store your passwords for third party applications and services. OAuth 2.0 allows a Credit IQ User to revoke Credit IQ’s access at any time in Google settings. If a Credit IQ User revokes Credit IQ’s access, our Service does not have access to any of the user data anymore. If OAuth 2.0 is not supported, we will require your account username and password in order to provide the Service.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Services. This information may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services and other technical information.
An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are using the Internet. These other sites may include sites of other advertisers, sponsors and partners that may use their logo with ours as part of a co-branding agreement. These other sites may send their own cookies to visitors to collect data or solicit information. Mountain Ridge does not control these sites and therefore is not responsible for their content. The inclusion of hyperlinks to any other sites by Mountain Ridge does not imply any endorsement of the material on such sites, nor any association with their operators.
Mountain Ridge policies do not extend to anything that is inherent in the operation of the Internet, which is beyond our control. Remember that whenever you give out Personal Information online, that information may be collected and used by people you do not know.

We do not collect or maintain information at our sites from those we know are under age 18, and we do not permit children under 18 years of age to become registered users of our sites. When a request for user deletion is received, we will make all reasonable efforts to purge said data from our systems. Due to the nature of our services, some information may not be fully removed (e.g., backups or archived copies. Following a deletion request, any Personal Information about you that was not deleted from our systems due an exception under applicable privacy laws will only be used for the purposes provided for by the applicable exceptions (e.g., to continue performing a contract that you have with us).
